Ragnarok Online Server Update 1.0.44 – The Great Potato Uprising!

New Features:
- Potato Kingdom:
- A new area has been discovered: the Potato Kingdom! Explore this land of giant potatoes and meet the Potato King, who offers quests to reclaim the stolen “Golden Mashed Potato Crown.”
- Potato Farming System:
- Players can now plant and harvest their own magical potatoes! These potatoes can be used to craft unique items, including the “Potato Cannon” that shoots mashed potatoes at enemies, causing them to slip and fall.
- Potato Battle Arena:
- Enter the Potato Battle Arena to compete in epic potato-themed PvP matches. Winners will receive the coveted “Potato Champion” title and a special “Potato Hat” that grants +5 to all stats but makes you look like a walking tuber.
Balance Changes:
- Class Adjustments:
- The Alchemist class can now use “Potato Essence” to create new potions that provide temporary boosts to strength and agility, but only if consumed while dancing.
- Monster Adjustments:
- All vegetable-themed monsters have been re-skinned to resemble potatoes. The “Carrot Monster” is now the “Potato Monster,” which has a new attack: “Starchy Slam,” causing players to become temporarily immobilized.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where players attempting to cook “Potato Soup” would accidentally create “Potato Lava,” causing severe damage to nearby players.
- Resolved a bug that caused the “Potato Shield” to visually appear as a giant potato, leading to confusion during battles.
- Corrected the visual glitch where players wearing the “Potato Armor” appeared to be rolling around instead of walking.
Miscellaneous:
- Introduced a new emote: “Potato Dance,” allowing players to express their love for potatoes in chat.
- Added a limited-time event where players can collect “Potato Points” from defeated potato-themed monsters to exchange for exclusive potato-themed gear, including the “Spud Staff” and “French Fry Shield.”
Note: All players who log in during the event will receive a complimentary “Potato of Destiny,” which grants a random buff every hour, including the chance to turn into a potato for 30 seconds (with a 5% chance of being mashed).
