November Update

WARNING. This is fake update, not related to the game, just to illustrate the features of the updates.

Server Update 1.0.42 – The Great Goblin Gala!

Changelog:

New Features:

  1. Goblin Marketplace:
  • A brand-new marketplace has been established in Prontera where players can trade rare goblin artifacts, including the legendary “Goblin Pants of Infinite Pocket Space” that allows players to carry an unlimited amount of potions (but only if they are green).
  1. Goblin Dance Party:
  • Join the Goblins in a weekly dance-off every Saturday at 6 PM server time. Players who participate will receive a special “Goblin Groove” buff that increases movement speed by 300% for 10 seconds (but only while dancing).
  1. Mystical Goblin Quests:
  • Embark on new quests that involve collecting “Goblin Glitter” from defeated goblin enemies, which can be exchanged for exclusive goblin-themed hats that grant +10% to all stats while wearing them backwards.

Balance Changes:

  1. Class Adjustments:
  • All classes now have a 50% chance to turn into a random goblin upon death, allowing for a unique respawn experience.
  • The Knight class has been reworked to use “Goblin Grease” as a primary resource, making their skills slippery and unpredictable.
  1. Monster Adjustments:
  • Goblins now have a 75% chance to drop “Goblin Gold,” which can be used to purchase items that do absolutely nothing.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Fixed an issue where players could not equip the “Goblin Hat of Confusion” without first completing a dance-off with a goblin NPC.
  2. Resolved a bug that caused the “Goblin Whisper” skill to accidentally summon a random player instead of a goblin ally.
  3. Corrected the visual glitch where players wearing the “Goblin Boots of Stupidity” appeared to float three inches off the ground.

Miscellaneous:

  • Added a new NPC named “Goblin Greg” who will give players unsolicited advice about their life choices.
  • Introduced a new server-wide event where players can compete to collect the most “Goblin Snot” for a chance to win a lifetime supply of “Goblin Snacks” (which are just regular snacks but with a goblin sticker).

Note: All players who log in during the event will receive a complimentary “Goblin Emoji” to use in chat, because who doesn’t love goblins?
